Elixir

Elixir

Jean Paul Gaultier Elixir showcases a warm, sweet fragrance with honey, vanilla, lavender, and tobacco notes. While it leans gourmand, some find its initial sweetness overwhelming. It boasts strong projection, making it a compliment magnet, although opinions on its balance vary. Popular among younger men, it gains traction on social media and lasts several hours with notable sillage. Despite its appeal, some perceive it as overly sweet and cloying. The fragrance evolves from minty lavender to a honeyed base, receiving mixed reviews for uniqueness, yet it remains a favored designer choice.

This fragrance gets a lot of hate but I don't see it. This fragrance gets warm from the vanilla and honey but then adds a nice prickly feeling with the mint. The lavender is quite smooth too. It's popular but that doesn't make it bad. This is definitely a more masculine leaning fragrance and young at that. If you're not in that demographic don't worry.
